At Waratah Park, managing 675 acres and 940 head of cattle is no small feat—especially after combining three separate farms into one.

Anne-Marie Padman, the farm’s manager, faced significant challenges in coordinating her six-person, multicultural team while ensuring contractors could easily navigate the property.
